Foods I did eat in China.

One word: dumplings.

Lots of dumplings.

And lots of beer, which is dead cheep just because it is beer, in China.

Some  unique sandwiches with bucketfuls of mayo.

But mostly dumplings. I love dumplings. I miss dumplings.

I don't miss the mayo sandwiches.
